HVAC Service Technician
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning
The Standard Is High. So Is the Pay.
If you can diagnose, not guess… If you fix it right the first time… If you believe strong performance should equal strong income…
This is where you level up.
We’re hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician who wants to operate at a high level, deliver five-star service, and get paid based on production — not just hours on the clock.
Position Overview
As an HVAC Service Technician, you are the face of our company in the field.
You Will:
Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
Present clear, professional options to homeowners
Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance to company standards
Test all work before leaving the home
Eliminate unnecessary callbacks
Deliver a 100% satisfaction experience
You don’t just fix equipment — you solve comfort problems and build long‑term customer trust.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose system performance issues accurately
Service and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems
Present repair vs. replacement options with professionalism
Maintain a clean, organized truck
Protect the customer’s home (floor savers, clean workspace)
Operate safely on the road and on every job
Compensation & Earning Potential
Top HVAC techs here do not make average money.
We offer a performance-driven compensation structure designed to reward productivity, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Compensation Structure Includes
Competitive base pay (based on experience and certifications)
Performance-based commission
Revenue and ticket-based bonuses
Spiffs on system upgrades and IAQ solutions
Overtime opportunities
Earning Potential: High-performing techs earn $80,000 – $120,000+ annually. Elite producers routinely exceed that.
There is no income cap.
If you can run strong calls, present options confidently, and reduce callbacks, strong six‑figure income is realistic.
You control your income.
What You Get
Fully stocked, take‑home truck
Fuel card
Company uniforms
PTO and paid holidays
Ongoing technical and sales training
Strong dispatch and operational support
National brand recognition in every home
Clear advancement path (Senior Tech, Field Trainer, Comfort Advisor, Leadership)
What It Takes
EPA Certification required
State licensing (if applicable)
Strong diagnostic skills
Residential service experience
Professional communication skills
Accountability and high personal standards
If you’re a parts changer, this won’t be a fit. If you’re a diagnostic professional who wants to maximize your earning potential — we should talk.
Bottom Line
If you want average pay for average performance, this isn’t for you.
If you want to build a respected career, earn based on results, and operate with a strong support system behind you — apply today.
