Project Manager / Business Development - Data Center
I’m partnered with a growing data center & specialized infrastructure group that is expanding into Texas and seeking a Strategic Projects Manager to drive regional growth, client relationships, and full-lifecycle project delivery across data center builds.
This role blends business development and project management—establishing new client relationships, securing work, and then managing delivery through conception, budgeting, and commissioning.
Location: Texas preferred (remote considered)
Key Responsibilities
Develop new client relationships and represent the data center business in the Texas region
Manage pursuit, scoping, and proposal development for data center projects
Oversee project delivery from conception through commissioning and handover
Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans
Track performance and provide consistent reporting to stakeholders
Utilize CRM and project management tools to manage pipeline and delivery
Key Skills & Experience
5–8+ years in data center project environments
Strong project management and client-facing capability
Proven ability to win work and support BD efforts
PMP and BD experience preferred
