
OUTPATIENT THERAPIST

Responsibilities
Rolling Hills is looking for a dynamic PHP/IOP Therapist to join our Outpatient Team. The PHP/IOP Therapist is responsible for providing group counseling services in outpatient programming. The Therapist provides appropriate crisis intervention as necessary, provides psycho-educational group exercises, and demonstrates an ability to form therapeutic relationships.
Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in the Behavioral Health Field (e.g. Counseling, Social Work, Psychology) REQUIRED
Current HWC and CPR Certification (Training will be provided)
Current Tennessee Driver's License
Experience in providing individual and group counseling to individuals in a psychiatric treatment setting; excellent telephone etiquette and tact; ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes, those in crisis or resistant or negative toward organization; effective oral and written communication skills; basic data entry skills preferred; organizational, time management, problem solving, crisis management skills necessary; flexibility, creativity, and ability to manage stress necessary.
