Rolling Hills is looking for a dynamic PHP/IOP Therapist to join our Outpatient Team. The PHP/IOP Therapist is responsible for providing group counseling services in outpatient programming, offering crisis intervention when necessary, delivering psycho-educational group exercises, and forming therapeutic relationships.
Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Qualifications
Education/Licensure/Certification:
Master’s Degree in the Behavioral Health Field (e.g. Counseling, Social Work, Psychology) REQUIRED. Current HWC and CPR Certification (Training will be provided).
Current Tennessee Driver’s License.
Experience:
Experience in providing individual and group counseling to individuals in a psychiatric treatment setting; excellent telephone etiquette and tact; ability to interact effectively with persons of diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socioeconomic classes, particularly those in crisis or resistant toward the organization; effective oral and written communication skills; basic data entry skills preferred; organizational, time‑management, problem‑solving, crisis‑management skills necessary; flexibility, creativity, and the ability to manage stress necessary.
