Business Development Coordinator Service Department Goodson Acura is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Coordinator to join our service team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers connecting them with the right resources, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring every interaction reflects the Goodson Acura standard of excellence. What You'll Do
Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound outreach to schedule service appointments and drive department traffic
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM and database systems
Follow up with customers after service visits to gauge satisfaction and reinforce loyalty
Safeguard customer data by consistently adhering to information security protocols
Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly escalating when appropriate
Connect customers with the right department or team member to meet their needs efficiently
Deliver professional, courteous service via phone and electronic communication
Take initiative in resolving customer experience issues before they escalate
Help manage customer flow to reduce wait times and streamline the service process
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal
Comfortable navigating computers, software platforms, and digital tools
Self-motivated with the ability to set goals and consistently meet them
Strong time management skills and a polished, professional demeanor
A genuine passion for helping people and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
