Survey & Plats Technician I – Field & CAD

SVCC is seeking an Engineering Technician I to serve as a plats and plans technician within a survey crew. Responsibilities include establishing centerlines of highways, conducting surveys, preparing field books, and performing calculations related to land surveys using CADD software. Candidates must have completed two years of college in civil engineering technology or have two years of related engineering experience, along with a valid driver’s license and ability to handle outdoor conditions. Extensive travel and compliance with safety rules are essential.
