Physical Therapist – Outpatient Care – Resource Department
This position travels to multiple clinics in the Portland service area. Full‑time schedules Monday‑Friday, 7 AM‑7 PM. Eligible rehires and external hires may receive a $5,000 sign‑on bonus when qualifications and payment conditions are met.
Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient special or age‑related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, and professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
DPT from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
License in states where care is delivered
Additional specialized physical therapy training or experience may be required for certain department needs
