Direct Support Professional

Autism Wellbeing is a small, non-profit Medicaid provider serving adults with severe IDD. Our goal is to ensure superior care for individuals needing 24/7 support. We are currently looking for coverage Sunday and Mondays between 7 AM to 8PM
AN ADDITIONAL $2.00/Hr. will be paid between 7 AM and 8 PM on Sunday.
*additional hours available weekly for coverage and flex, these hours can be discussed
We are looking for someone who can develop a strong level of trust with a 35 year old young man with autism.
Responsibilities include :
Responsible for keeping all property including home and car clean and organized .
Maintain behavioral and medical data and capture observations in daily clinical notes.
Maintain a clean and safe, and joyful environment.
Provide direct support and assistance to the client with daily living activities and personal care.
Keep client engaged and included in daily activities and routines.
Implement care plans as directed by Floor Supervisor and BCBA.
Perform CPR and other emergency procedures when necessary, maintaining readiness for any situation that may arise.
