Role Overview
As a school‑based Therapist in the Troy School District, you will provide clinical services to children, youth and families, and collaborate with district staff and community resources.
Responsibilities
Deliver individual and group therapeutic services to students.
Develop and implement treatment plans and track progress.
Coordinate services with school personnel and external agencies.
Provide licensure supervision and maintain professional practice standards.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
Valid credential: NCE credential, PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, MFT, or LMFT.
Valid Missouri driver’s license.
Experience working with youth in a school setting is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly position: starting at $41,273 (provisionally licensed) or $46,920 (licensed). The position follows the school district calendar and days off are paid accordingly.
Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
Paid time off: 2 personal days, 3 vacation days, and 5 sick days, plus district calendar days off
401(k) with 3% employer match
