Position Overview
Chateau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking experienced and compassionate Weekend RN Supervisors to support nursing operations across all weekend shifts. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional resident care.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate resident care during assigned weekend shifts
Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance and clinical support
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Provide hands‑on nursing care as needed to support residents and staff
Minimum Qualifications
Active New Jersey State RN license
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work weekend shifts across all schedules
