Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our evening shift. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, resident‑centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of resident care.
Enforce nursing protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
Perform daily nursing rounds to verify adherence to care plans and clinical best practices.
Assist with facility surveys, including preparation of documentation and follow‑up actions.
Respond promptly to resident and family concerns, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida.
Prior experience in long‑term care or a skilled nursing facility is preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
