Wedgewood Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Evening Supervisor (RN/LPN)

Responsibilities
Ensure minimum staffing levels are maintained and post required nurse staffing data
Oversee completion of Resident Assessment Instruments (RAI) for significant status changes
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the facility
Support the development of a comprehensive dementia care program
Monitor census accuracy, including admissions, discharges, LOAs, and bed holds
Assist with safe and efficient resident transfers and discharges
Coordinate insurance pre-certifications and recertifications
Interpret and enforce policies with staff, residents, and regulatory agencies
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on policy development and updates
Support facility surveys and regulatory inspections
Audit clinical documentation for compliance and accuracy
Participate in “triple check” billing and ensure completion of charge sheets
Complete all required administrative and clinical documentation
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Florida
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of long-term care regulations and age-specific care practices
Proven ability to supervise, make decisions, and lead a team effectively
Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
Familiarity with nursing standards, medical practices, and applicable laws
