Key Responsibilities
Order and manage necessary medications, supplies, and equipment to support resident care
Implement personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs
Perform wound care, treatments, and other medical procedures with precision and compassion
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of observations, interventions, and patient progress
Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
Valid and active LPN license in the State of Florida
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Commitment to delivering empathetic and resident‑centered care
