Job Overview

Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for assessment, direct patient care, developing treatment plans, setting goals, documenting, and educating patients and families.
Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals.
Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
Qualifications
Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's in PT with NPTE passing.
Graduate from an accredited school.
Minimum one year of experience.
Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (or actively pursuing).
Current CPR certification.
Additional client‑specific requirements.
