Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Therapist, based in Spokane, WA, with flexibility for remote work as needed.
Provide individual and family therapy
Facilitate interventions
Develop personalized treatment and recovery plans
Monitor client progress
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Maintain compliance with organizational and clinical documentation standards
Qualifications
Clinical skills in individual therapy, family therapy, and addiction counseling
Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and clinical reporting
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-based environment
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Active state licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent
Additional certifications or experience in addiction counseling or trauma-informed care are a plus
