We’re hiring a Licensed Therapist to join our outpatient addiction treatment team in Boise. If you have at least one year of clinical experience and want to deepen your skills in a collaborative, recovery‑focused environment, this could be a strong next step.
About the Role

You’ll work with individuals navigating substance use and mental health challenges, providing both individual and group therapy while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
What You’ll Do

Provide individual, group, and occasional family therapy
Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs
Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
Facilitate psychoeducational groups
Support clients through crisis situations when needed
Maintain a consistent caseload and therapy hours
What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
Idaho licensure (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, MSW)
At least 1 year of clinical experience
Experience with individual and group therapy, documentation, and case management
Familiarity with ASAM criteria and recovery models preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using EHR systems (Best Notes)

Additional Requirements

CPR or First Aid certification within 30 days
