What You’ll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments
Mentor and support team members
Collaborate with clinic leadership on growth and performance
Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
Help cultivate a strong, positive clinic culture
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina
Demonstrated leadership or mentorship capabilities
Strong work ethic and ownership mindset
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
