As a
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will provide nursing care and perform appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients and effectively interact with patients, significant others, and other health care team workers while maintaining standards of practical nursing.

Qualifications
Current state licensure to practice as a Practical Nurse required. Graduation from an approved LPN/LVN program required.
Certification in CPR and Crisis Management required within 6 months of hire.
Previous experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
