Role
IOP Clinician — you’ll play a critical role in supporting youth navigating mental health and substance use challenges. This is a unique opportunity to deliver impactful, evidence-based care while working alongside a supportive, mission-driven team.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will provide comprehensive, trauma-informed therapeutic services in an intensive outpatient setting, helping youth build resilience and achieve lasting recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments (mental health, substance use, and treatment needs)
Developing individualized, youth-centered recovery plans
Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities
Providing psychoeducation on mental health, substance use, coping strategies, and relapse prevention
Leading crisis intervention and safety planning to ensure client well-being
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
Engaging families and support systems as active partners in care
Coordinating discharge and aftercare planning for long-term success
Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards

Requirements
What You Bring
Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
Active licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC-A, or LMHC)
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
2–4 years of experience in behavioral health, human services, or nonprofit settings
Experience working with adolescents and families in outpatient or community-based settings
Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole highly valued)
Key Strengths
Strong clinical judgment and crisis management skills
Ability to build trust with youth and families
Commitment to strengths-based, culturally responsive care
Experience integrating evidence-based and holistic treatment approaches
Salary
$63,000 – $75,000 per year. Salary is based on experience, education, licensure, and language skills, and is aligned with internal equity and market standards.
