Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Alabama Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Outpatient experience preferred. (Client preference.)
Must not be a PTA. Candidates must be licensed PTs; PTA applicants will not be considered. (Client requirement.)
First‑time travelers accepted. (Client preference.)
New graduates will not be considered. (Client requirement.)
Experience treating a high musculoskeletal/orthopedic patient population preferred.
Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week, seeing about 12–14 patients per day with possible double‑booking of follow‑up visits. (Client expectation.)
OT hours require prior approval by the clinic director. (Client requirement.)
Assignment Details
Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
Shift: Days.
Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day.
Option to work in this clinic or a neighboring clinic as part of a Travel Team. Floating to other clinics is not required.
Will accept first‑time travel clinicians. New graduates not accepted.
