Registered Nurse, RN
Responsibilities
Ensure residents receive medications and nursing care as directed by individual care plans.
Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning.
Act as a team leader and advocate for residents to ensure comfort and safety.
Qualifications
Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Prior RN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
