Required Skills And Certifications
Minimum of 2 years of Oncology‑specific experience
First‑time travelers accepted
Experience with administering chemotherapy and central lines
Certifications: BCLS, ONS Chemo/Bio Card (mandatory)
Preferred Certification: OCN
Job Details
Patient Ratios: 1:5
Shift: 8‑hour days, 07:45 - 17:15
40 hours per week, 13‑week contracts available
7 days maximum RTO for AYA Auto Offer
No call or weekend requirements
Float between Matthews and Ballantyne Clinics (14.1 miles apart)
Patient Diagnoses
Adults over 18; Hematology & Medical Oncology. The clinic currently accommodates 10 infusion chairs for social distancing.
Unit Systems and Equipment
Systems: Pyxis, Epic, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
Special Equipment: Ambulatory infusion pumps
Orientation
8 hours, varies by skill level. Hospital orientation in the first week. Availability for classes each day is required.

Scrubs: Navy blue (not provided)
Mixing handled by techs/pharmacy
