1 (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). No holidays or weekends.
Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day management of site or department based clinic operations and providing team leadership to the clinic staff. Monitors patient and clinic workflow to ensure efficient patient care and cost effective operation of the clinic. Other duties as assigned.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a clinical setting where leadership, competence and expertise in ambulatory care has been demonstrated, or 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting is required.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business, or related field is required; in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree a minimum of 7 years of Healthcare Administration experience is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
