Senior Clinical Trial Manager / Associate Director, Clinical Operations

New York, NY preferred - hybrid schedule with 3 onsite days per week.
Our client, a clinical‑stage biotech advancing innovative oncology therapies, is looking to add a senior‑level Clinical Operations leader to support a growing global early phase pipeline. This is a highly urgent hire. The position is ideal for someone who is deeply execution‑oriented, comfortable in a lean environment, and experienced running complex oncology studies with meaningful CRO and vendor oversight.
What you’ll be doing
Managing global Phase 1/2 oncology trials with broad operational ownership
Overseeing CROs and external vendors across multiple regions
Supporting studies in emerging geographies including Australia, South Africa, and India
Partnering closely with internal functions such as Regulatory, Safety, Data Management, and Clinical Supply
Driving timelines, solving operational issues, and keeping studies on track in a fast‑moving environment
What our client is looking for
6+ years of clinical trial management experience
Strong oncology background, ideally with early phase studies
Proven ability to run trials independently in a lean biotech or similar setting
Global trial experience, especially outside the US
Strong ICH‑GCP knowledge and full lifecycle trial execution experience
Radiopharmaceutical experience is a plus, but not required
