Global Oncology Trials Lead Hybrid, Equity Eligible

GQR is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager / Associate Director in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will manage global Phase 1/2 oncology trials with operational ownership and oversee CROs and external vendors. Candidates should have over 6 years of clinical trial management experience, ideally in oncology, and a proven ability to work independently in a lean biotech environment. Base salary is targeted around $160k-$180k, with flexibility up to $200k plus equity and benefits.
