UT Health Athens is a 127-bed facility, including a 24-hour ED, designated as a Level IV trauma center and acute stroke ready facility; advanced diagnostic technology; 10-bed ICU; maternity unit radiation therapy center; and a stand-alone ED in Gun Barrel City.
Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist shall be responsible for providing a full range of age-appropriate physical therapy services including assessments, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Graduate of an American Physical Therapy approved 4-year bachelor’s degree program.
A minimum of six (6) month’s experience in an acute, rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
Current professional licensure in the State of Texas.
