Associate Patient Care Coordinator - Primary Care

An Associate Patient Care Coordinator provides receptionist and skilled clerical duties to support the department. The role schedules patients, obtains necessary documentation, coordinates aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care, performs prior authorizations when necessary, and upholds a team concept reflecting the entity's mission and values.
Required Qualifications
Completion of PMC’s Competency Review for BOS/PSR/PAR Staff with a passing score within 90 days of hire.
Customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
6 months of medical office experience.
6 months of experience in EMR.
Pay Range
$19.97 - $29.84 per hour.
