Skillful Steps ABA provides In‑Home ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are looking for dedicated BTs/RBTs to join our team.
Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Provide one‑on‑one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software.
Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
Communicate with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
Develop and create teaching materials and visuals.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
High school diploma or its equivalent.
Background check clearance required upon hiring.
Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges; ASD experience preferred.
Reliability: Ability to keep a weekly schedule.
Access to transportation, whether a reliable vehicle or public transit.
