Overview
Skillful Steps ABA provides In-Home ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team of Behavior Therapists (BTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) collaborates closely with each child and family to provide top-quality ABA services. We are looking for dedicated BTs/RBTs to join our professional team committed to improving the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with ASD.
Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Communicate regularly with parents to review and monitor the client’s progress
Develop and create teaching materials and visuals
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
High school diploma or its equivalent
Background check clearance required upon hiring
Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges; ASD experience preferred
Reliability: ability to keep to a weekly schedule
Access to transportation, whether it be a reliable vehicle or public transit
