Responsibilities
Provide basic bedside care and stabilize critical cardiac patients.
Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medication; report any adverse reactions.
Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients and interpret electronic displays.
Initiate corrective action when monitoring equipment indicates adverse symptomatology.
Qualifications
ACLS and BLS certifications.
Minimum 2 years of recent acute‑care experience.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for extended periods and to lift up to 20 pounds routinely (up to 50 pounds occasionally).
Strong stress‑coping skills and ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.
Additional certifications may be required before assignment.
Job ID: 1396894. Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend to be determined.
