Our client is seeking an experienced workers’ compensation and personal injury attorney, someone who is dedicated to representing clients in the most diligent, compassionate, and effective manner. The ideal candidate will handle a high-volume caseload.

Position Overview

High volume caseload which you will manage and be responsible for.

Working with law firm state-of-the-art AI and software systems and following firm protocols.

Provide quality client experience to include verbal and written updates.

Litigate with a client‑first mindset that the case is about "Injury Law Made Personal."

Collaborate and/or train support staff and co‑lawyers.

Make time for case strategy and discussion especially on high‑value or high expert cost cases.

In general, work to achieve a reputation as a leader in the field of injury law.

Qualifications

Someone with a track record that demonstrates they are a great lawyer.

Lawyering ability prioritized over the ability to generate business. Exceptional lawyering generates clients.

Ability to manage caseload without sacrificing the quality of experience for one client over another.

Have a work‑life balance that allows you to go to trial and perform case preparation.

A mindset that you represent people and maximize recovery for your clients because you know the law and how to help people.

Willing to work at least 50 hours a week to make a difference in clients’ lives, and yours.

Ability and willingness to have difficult conversations performed with tact and grace.

Licensed to practice in the State of Illinois with no blemish on reputation.
