RN Clinical Supervisor of the GI Lab at Providence Saint Johns Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. Full‑time position, 8‑hour day shifts (7:30 a.m.–4 p.m.). No weekend or on‑call shifts.
Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor assists the Nurse Manager or Director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating the unit, directing and supervising caregivers, interpreting policies, procedures, protocols, standards, and regulations, and maintaining clinical competence and certifications as required.
Required Qualifications
California Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
ANCC recognized specialty certification (or within 1 year of hire); if hired before February 16, 2022, must obtain within 1 year from 2/16/2022
1 year recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital in GI / Endoscopy / Operating Room
1 year Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Master’s Degree in Nursing
Shared Governance experience
Pay Range: $68.94 – $108.84 per hour.
