Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable Production Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling, packaging, and preparing products on the production floor to meet customer specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Shift:
7:00am-3:30pm
Location:
Virginia Beach, VA
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble manufacturing products according to work instructions and customer specifications
Perform laminating, fastening, and assembly using tools such as staple guns, nail guns, and screws
Fold, pack, close, and label cartons; stack finished products onto pallets for transfer
Strap or bundle goods as required
Perform visual and sensory quality checks (appearance, code dates, seals, and cases)
Record product, packaging, and order information on required forms
Use hand trucks or material handling equipment to organize work areas and move materials
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Meet all safety policies, quality standards, and production efficiency goals
Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
Ability to use basic hand tools and material handling equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Work Environment:
Production floor setting
Standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion required
