Our client, in Rothschild, WI is seeking Packaging Machine Operators to join their team. This position is responsible to efficiently package the products on the various dryers in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
Job Title:

Pay Range:
$25.52 with $1.00 shift differential
Schedule:
Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 5:45 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
What’s the Job?
Responsible for packaging and palletizing the products produced on dryers.
Performs scale checks, takes and submits samples to the Lab. per specified frequencies.
Assists Operators and other bagger personnel, preparing bags, room cleaning, dryer cleaning, bag staging and warehousing production.
Responsible for the efficient operation and monitoring of the dryer bagging systems as assigned.
Takes appropriate action whenever the raw material or finished product does not meet Standards highlighted in Sop`s, EPL, and processing logs
Performs assigned data entry, record keeping and process monitoring functions according to established procedures in an accurate and timely manner. Responsible for all EPL related record and data entry.
Initiates the cleaning of bagging rooms and related equipment per Kerry Master Sanitation Schedules, SQF, Dryer and packaging cleaning check lists, and Regulatory requirements.
Reports and records all deviations from specified operating parameters and “critical control points,” as established by HACCP
Complying with all safety and work rules and regulations, and departmental housekeeping standards.

Computer Skills:
Ability to operate all information technology related business systems, programs and applications in a manner that achieves efficiency, accuracy, and relevancy of information processing and reporting as it applies to this position.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand and lift up to 55# throughout shift
