HVAC Service Technician
$30–$40 per Hour | Full-Time | Indianapolis, IN

What You’ll Do
Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
Perform preventative maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, furnaces, air handlers, and more
Assist with installations and system upgrades
Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with clients
Document service work using company software
Follow safety standards and best practices at all times
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (technical school training is a plus)
EPA Universal Certification (or ability to obtain)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong mechanical aptitude
Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors, at heights, or in confined spaces
