Role Description

The Lead Plumber will oversee and perform plumbing system installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Daily tasks will include diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, maintaining and upgrading piping systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves supporting customers by providing exceptional service and guidance on plumbing solutions.
Qualifications
Strong skills in plumbing, including diagnostics, system installation, and troubleshooting
Proficiency in pipe installations and maintenance, and ability to address repair needs
Experience with general maintenance and repair tasks relevant to plumbing systems
Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively and address client needs
Ability to lead a team and manage project timelines
Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and best practices
Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing are preferred
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
