Compensation & Incentives
Sign‑on Bonus: Available to candidates who complete 90 days on contract with an excellent attendance record and a proven "team player" attitude.
Salary: $21 - $26 per hour.
Schedule
Shift: First – 5 PM to 4 AM.
Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field (preferred).
Technical Literacy: Proficient in reading schematics, diagrams, layouts, and written/verbal technical descriptions.
Skills: Strong technical writing for documentation and a high level of manual dexterity for assembly and rework.
Mindset: Proactive approach to learning new manufacturing processes and staying informed on procedural changes.
Essential Functions
Work in a smoke‑free environment.
Wear steel‑toe shoes.
Stand for up to 9 hours at a time.
Work up to 10 hours of overtime per week.
Work weekends.

Responsibilities
Technical Execution:
Perform routine to moderately complex electro‑mechanical functions, including design support, fabrication, modification, and assembly of electronics and prototype models.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve system‑level and component‑level issues in electrical and mechanical sub‑systems.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed logbooks and test procedure documentation; generate Quality Notifications for any necessary rework discovered during testing.
NPI Support:
Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) installations and various field upgrades.
Specialized Testing:
Conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and vacuum testing on advanced manufacturing platforms (specifically AMAT) according to engineering specifications.
Safety & Precision:
Work directly from schematics and blueprints while maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy work environment.
