Job Title: Pharmacy Technician – Fulfillment Technician
Job Description
This role offers the opportunity to work as a Fulfillment Technician within a health clinic, supporting pharmacy operations by accurately filling, labeling, and processing medication orders. You will play a key role in ensuring patients receive timely and safe medication services in a structured, Monday–Friday environment.
Responsibilities
Accurately fill prescription orders in accordance with established pharmacy procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Label medications clearly and correctly, ensuring all required information appears on each prescription container.
Perform order entry for prescriptions into the pharmacy system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Verify prescription information and resolve any discrepancies by following established protocols.
Organize and maintain medication inventory in the fulfillment area to support efficient workflow.
Collaborate with pharmacy staff and clinical team members to support safe and timely medication delivery to patients.
Follow all pharmacy policies, procedures, and applicable regulations related to medication handling and documentation.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and compliant work area within the behavioral health clinic pharmacy setting.
Essential Skills
Proven experience working in a retail pharmacy setting.
Hands‑on experience filling prescriptions in a pharmacy environment.
Proficiency in labeling medications accurately and legibly.
Experience with pharmacy order entry and prescription data input.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all pharmacy tasks.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to pharmacy procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in pharmacy technician roles within retail or clinical environments.
Familiarity with behavioral health or clinic‑based pharmacy workflows is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple prescription orders efficiently.
Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with pharmacy and clinical staff.
Work Environment
This position is based inside a behavioral health clinic pharmacy, providing a structured and predictable schedule from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekend shifts. You will work in a professional clinical environment focused on patient care and medication safety, collaborating closely with pharmacy and healthcare team members in a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy fulfillment area.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
