Job Responsibilities
Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
Collect, analyze, and prepare data for presentation.
Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
Provide daily activity feedback to parents and guardians.
What you need
ABA experience.
Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other required certifications.
Valid state identification card.
Reliable transportation.
Pass a criminal background check.
Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and follow instructions.
Passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.
