About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to serve as the senior clinical leader, with a focus on the overall direction, quality, and performance of medical services. The CMO will be a key partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, driving clinical excellence, and ensuring the delivery of coordinated, patient-centered care across various service lines. This executive role requires a balance of strategic oversight and operational leadership, including the development and implementation of clinical policies, protocols, and evidence-based standards of care. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical performance metrics, as well as leading provider recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts.

Applicants for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company must hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited institution, with board certification in a relevant primary care specialty. An active and unrestricted medical license is required, along with progressive leadership experience in a multi-provider clinical environment and a strong background in quality improvement and performance management. Experience within integrated care models is preferred.
