Locum Tenens - Anesthesiologist Opportunity

Location: Angola, IndianaPosition Type: Locum Tenens

Clinical Details

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

  • Call Hours: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM

  • Call Schedule: If working a full week, call is required

  • Call Response Time: 30 minutes

  • Supervision: Independent practice - no supervision required

  • Daily Staffing: 1 MD / 2 CRNAs

  • Facilities:

    • 3 ORs

    • 2 Endoscopy Rooms

    • EMR: EPIC

    Case Types

    • Specialties: Orthopedics, Endoscopy, Podiatry, ENT, and OB

    • OB Details:

      • 250 deliveries per year

      • VBACs performed

      • No high-risk OB

      • C-sections performed in Main OR

      • Skills Required: Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals

      • Caselogs Required: Yes - documentation of proficiency in epidurals, spinals, and blocks

        Credentialing and Requirements

        • Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (temps available with clean background/malpractice and active, unrestricted license)

        • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP - must be AHA certified

        • Licensure: Compact license accepted

        Compensation and Support

        • Malpractice: A-rated coverage provided
