Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
Education and/or Experience: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
Actively Licensed as a VA Occupational Therapist

Compensation: $110/eval and $14 per unit. Hospice visit rates: $120/eval and $20 per unit (capped at 4 units).
