What You’ll Do
Observe and document patient behavior
Assist with daily living activities and life skills
Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
De‑escalate situations when needed (training provided)
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year in healthcare, behavioral, or social services preferred
Flexible availability: days, evenings, nights, weekends
Must be 21+ and physically able to assist patients
