About the Position
Maple Manor Village is looking for Medication Aides to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. As a Certified Medication Aide you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have come to expect by providing medications, performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. The residents will depend on your knowledge, skills and attention to detail to keep them comfortable and safe.

Responsibilities
Administer medications as prescribed.
Perform Activities of Daily Living for residents.
Observe and document changes in resident condition.
Maintain a safe and clean environment.
Provide education and support to residents and families.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Unencumbered State of Iowa C.N.A. certificate.
Successful completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training and C.P.R. certification.
Preferably one year of C.N.A. and Medication Aide experience, though we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
