About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to serve as the clinical executive leader, with a strong focus on community-based, mission-driven healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical leadership, provider oversight, and the strategic growth of programs, particularly in the areas of integrated care, substance use disorder, and public health. This role requires a balance of hands-on patient care and system-level leadership, ensuring that the organization's mission, operational priorities, and quality outcomes are in alignment. The CMO will also be involved in residency and academic collaboration, quality and compliance oversight, and will have the opportunity to influence executive and board-level decision-making.

Applicants for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company must hold an MD or DO, be board-certified in a relevant specialty, and have an active medical license in Ohio or the ability to obtain one. A minimum of 2 years of healthcare leadership experience is required, with a preference for those who have been involved in quality improvement initiatives and have experience in FQHC or integrated medical and behavioral health settings.
