We are seeking a part-time licensed mental health practitioner for an outpatient clinic in downtown Salt Lake City.
Provide biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver trauma- and addiction-informed care.
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, contribute to group curriculum, and co-facilitate ketamine‑assisted psychotherapy.
Participate in weekly team meetings and ensure timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
Licensed (LCSW, CMHC, or CSW) with a master’s degree or higher, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and pass a background check. EMDR training preferred.
