About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead the transformation of healthcare delivery across its network of urgent care and primary care locations. The CMO will be responsible for the overall clinical operations, including the recruitment, retention, and development of clinical teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role demands an inspirational and engaging physician leader with a strong background in clinical governance, quality measurement, and provider engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, care delivery standardization, and general operations to achieve the company's goals.

Applicants for the CMO position at the company should hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school, with completion of a postgraduate medical education in an ACGME approved residency program and current Board Certification. An MBA, MHA, or additional leadership training is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have active or eligibility for medical licensure in Illinois and Indiana, prior experience as a chief or senior physician executive, and a background in urgent care, retail medicine, or large ambulatory care networks. Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed healthcare organizations, as well as a strong understanding of healthcare economics, productivity metrics, and clinical performance management, is also required. The CMO will oversee a large workforce of physicians and advanced practice providers, ensuring consistent standards of clinical care, productivity, and patient outcomes across the network.
