Full-time Advanced Heart Failure coverage while recruiting permanent physician

Schedule

• M-F, 8hr days
• Rotating night + weekend call (1:6)

Scope

• Clinic + inpatient + consults
• 10 clinic/day
• inpatient/day
• Supervising 4 APCs
• EPIC

Requirements (Strict)

• AHF Fellowship
• VAD / LVAD experience
• Active VA license (in hand)
• Local physician only
• ACLS, DEA
• Clean file (temp privileges possible)
• NPDB within 30 days

Compensation

• Provider Rate: $375/hr
• OT / Callback: $400/hr
• 24hr Call: $2800
• Mileage reimbursed (local)
