• Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers: Yes, 4 APCs

• EMR: Epic

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered



Requirements:

• Active VA License or IMLC

• BC

• ACLS

• DEA

• Clean Record

• NPDB Report

• Local candidate

• AHF Fellowship - LVAD experience

• Must be Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) certified (for Advanced Heart Failure)
