Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
This role requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serves Visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Receive, process and verify the accuracy of sales quotes from outside sale
representatives
Enter sales quotes into ERP and create sales orders
Create new customer accounts in ERP
Process and manage service tickets for operations team
Work with Operations and Sales to ensure a seamless experience for the customer
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties assigned, including but not limited to:
Process Certificates of Insurance,
Issue Warranty letters
Marketing items
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficiency in computer applications and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office
Suite).
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is beneficial.
